What you'll do

• Explain payment plans, account status, requirements, deadlines, and next steps
• help clients identify solutions to payment difficulties
• manage accounts accurately
• document interactions and account activity
• respond professionally to concerns, including difficult conversations
• identify account issues and take steps toward resolution
• follow procedures and use sound judgment
• coordinate with leadership and other departments
• and handle sensitive information confidentially.
