Customer Solutions Manager

The role leads a team of approximately 10 Account Managers and Solutions Managers, improving customer retention, team performance, pricing, and brokerage profitability. It supports growth of the brokerage and integrated transportation model through coaching, customer escalation support, and commercial guidance.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 10 Account Managers
• provide day-to-day support and accountability
• handle complex customer escalations
• review pricing, quotes, margins, and accessorials
• identify customer opportunities
• partner with business development on onboarding and account development
• ensure account staffing and coverage
• conduct performance reviews
• use Salesforce and available data to monitor activity and performance.
