CNC Laser Machine Operator - Second Shift

The CNC Laser Machine Operator - Second Shift role is onsite in Gilbert, AZ. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, paid weekly. Addictive Desert Designs and affiliated brands produce off-road automotive parts in-house. The operator runs and programs laser cutting and bending systems to produce accurate, high-quality parts. The role converts design files for production, documents standard work, and troubleshoots programs to support manufacturing quality and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Operate TRUMPF Boost laser cutting and bending system programs
• program files for laser-cut nesting
• convert SolidWorks files into laser sheet-metal files for production
• create standard work instructions for new and existing programs
• troubleshoot CNC programs and implement process improvements
• communicate with staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
