To supervise the Resort and Villas Maintenance team. In charge of all aspects of resort and villas engineering operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC refrigeration, heating cooling, exterior and interior, painting, recycling, waste, pest control, alarm services, pool and Spas. The Assistant Chief Engineer is also responsible for Life/Fire safety systems and management of other engineering
