What you'll do

• Follow case manager instructions and review case materials before investigative activity
• conduct video surveillance and obtain covert video footage
• complete assigned recorded statements, scene inspections, activity checks, and document collection
• write timely case notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• regularly communicate assignment progress to the case manager
• maintain confidentiality.
