Guest Service Representative

What you'll do

• Greet guests and support check-in

• respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• resolve guest concerns
• coordinate with other departments
• maintain an organized front desk
• assist with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed
• collaborate with housekeeping on room readiness.
