What you'll do

• Manage daily PIMS requests and troubleshoot system, configuration, workflow, integration, and user issues
• coordinate issue resolution with hospital teams and vendors
• support system updates, testing, configuration changes, and new functionality
• maintain implementation plans and status records
• coordinate hospital setup, data migration, validation, training, and go-live support
• document discrepancies, corrective actions, and risks
• support third-party integrations and reporting
• develop procedures, job aids, workflows, and training resources
• travel up to 80% for implementations and related support.
