What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency-response activities
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and activity
• document incidents, observations, and patrols and communicate relevant information to site contacts or company leadership.
