What you'll do

• Conduct in-store visits using planograms and schematics
• decorate cakes, bake, and merchandise bakery products
• train newly hired cake decorators on product lines and retailer programs
• support grand openings, holiday rollouts, and seasonal production
• collaborate on product ideas and displays
• take photos for handling instructions and sales memos
• build relationships with bakery managers, decorators, and store teams
• monitor stock and product rotation
• follow visit schedules and support promotions and visual merchandising.
