This position exists to orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize the flow of goods to the sales floor, and train associates on merchandising principles. By maintaining backroom organization and supporting shrink reduction goals, the coordinator ensures the store remains clean, safe, and ready to provide an excellent customer experience.
