What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans
• lead classroom routines and model instructional practices
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration
• observe and document development
• communicate with families and participate in conferences and events
• maintain required certifications and participate in training
• collaborate with colleagues and coach assistant teachers
• serve as a mandated reporter.
