What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and residential homes
• complete service requests and make-ready tasks
• assist with move-out and pre-move-in inspections
• direct contracted projects
• monitor supplies and logs
• perform plumbing, carpentry, drywall, pool, appliance, and basic electrical maintenance
• maintain keys and safe work areas
• respond to scheduled emergency on-call duties.
