Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the manager turns marketing strategy into coordinated campaigns and programs. The role aligns agencies, internal teams, franchise partners, restaurant operators, and technology providers, then uses performance results and field feedback to improve future marketing.

What you'll do

• Manage campaign execution from brief through launch and recap, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution
• coordinate agencies, internal teams, vendors, franchise partners, and restaurant operators
• support loyalty, CRM, and digital programs
• use guest behavior and engagement data to develop segments and targeted offers
• coordinate email, mobile, and digital campaigns
• support local store marketing and community initiatives
• coordinate marketing requirements across POS, loyalty, digital ordering, pricing, and promotions
• validate offers before launch
• manage agency and vendor deliverables
• track campaign measures and prepare recaps with recommendations.

Why this role
