The Property Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Liverpool, NY, overseeing residential properties across Onondaga, Oneida and Oswego counties. Compensation is $62,000–$72,000 per year. What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across residential properties in Onondaga, Oneida and Oswego counties
• inspect properties for repair, safety and maintenance needs
• assign and oversee work orders
• perform and assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs
• manage vendor and contractor relationships
• ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards
• maintain tools, equipment and supply inventory and coordinate purchasing
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent matters.
