What you'll do

• Lead daily classroom routines for infants and young toddlers
• create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences
• foster a safe, nurturing classroom
• support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• observe and document progress
• communicate with families
• comply with state licensing regulations and center policies
• guide classroom team members
• organize materials and maintain a clean, safe learning space
• work with center leadership on classroom operations. The posting requires at least two years of licensed childcare or early learning experience and CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
• an associate degree or equivalent coursework is preferred.
