What you'll do

• Create and adjust independent in-ear monitor and floor-wedge mixes
• deploy and tune wedges and side-fills
• set up IEM systems and stage feeds
• coordinate wireless frequencies using Shure Wireless Workbench
• assist with load-in, patching, and breakdown
• communicate with performers
• troubleshoot signal flow, cabling, and equipment issues.

Why this role

Requires at least four years of live concert monitor-mixing experience, though a practical skills assessment may substitute. Midas PRO Series or Yamaha DM7/CL console proficiency required; DiGiCo experience considered. Approximately one or two events monthly, October 2026–April 2027; on-call freelance contract engagement.
