TITLE: Senior Benefits Specialist. DEPARTMENT: Human Resources. The Senior Benefits Specialist is responsible for both administrative and strategic tasks to support the execution of benefits administration for the Company. This role will also collaborate with benefit vendors and third-party administrators (TPAs), lead the annual Open Enrollment process and be an employee advocate.
