What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership for private duty nursing and caregiver services
• ensure compliance with Tennessee regulations and agency policies
• oversee admissions, assessments, supervisory visits, and care plans
• conduct chart audits and quality reviews
• mentor and develop nursing staff
• support hiring, onboarding, and competency validation
• investigate patient concerns
• collaborate with operations, scheduling, and business development
