What you'll do

• Manage shelter property and facility safety
• coordinate resident programs in areas such as nutrition, budgeting, parenting, and exercise
• liaise with social service providers and community partners
• recruit, train, develop, and supervise staff and students
• maintain staffing schedules and shift coverage
• oversee resident case files and records
• monitor program goals and standards
• assist with grant preparation and submission, marketing, and fundraising
• provide crisis intervention, information, and referrals as needed
• coordinate reports and communicate critical problems to the Director.
