What you'll do

• Rotate through core operations products and services during the required immersion
• learn booking, documentation, routing, carrier coordination, customs clearance, delivery, and exception handling
• make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn contacts
• research and qualify prospects
• maintain CRM records
• secure discovery meetings for sales executives
• prepare account research and join customer meetings
• complete required training and certifications.

Why this role
