What you'll do

• Assists with diagnostic and therapeutic invasive electrophysiology patient procedures, including cardiac device implantation.
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiographic imaging, 3D cardiac mapping of electrophysiological pathways, patient physiologic monitoring and cardiac arrhythmia recognition and pacing during EP ablation procedures.
• Complies with principles of sterile techniques.
• Collects and assembles data for database, outcome analysis and performance improvement.
• Responsible for carrying out any other activities assigned by the supervisor to assure the department runs effectively and efficiently.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a Cardiovascular Technology or Radiographic Technology program OR Equivalent combination of education and 2 years clinical experience

Experience

1 year of experience in a cardiovascular environment with competency in arrhythmia and 12-lead electrocardiography interpretation; or equivalent clinical experience as part of education
