What you'll do

• Deliver customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail settings
• explain vehicle features and guide demo rides
• convert customer interest into qualified leads and sales
• share feedback with the Market Manager
• help set up and run demos and events, including driving the custom Rivian EV van
• maintain the demo fleet
• represent ALSO at community events
• support retail hub operations as applicable.
