The Licensed Nursing Assistant – Long-Term and Restorative Care (Nights) is an onsite role in Claremont, NH, paying $24–$28 per hour. The position joins a long-term care clinical team and works under the direct supervision of registered and licensed practical nurses. The assistant provides basic nursing care, supports residents with activities of daily living, and carries out restorative care protocols. The work contributes to resident-centered care while protecting residents’ rights, dignity, privacy, and safety.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and skin care according to facility protocols and care plans
• help with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, turning, and mobility
• assist with feeding, fluid intake, caloric counts, toileting, and intake/output tracking
• attend shift report and promptly notify licensed nursing staff of significant changes or concerns
• follow emergency and infection-control procedures
• help prevent falls and redirect wandering or confused residents
• maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ beliefs and rights.

Why this role

Requires an active CNA or LNA license/certification, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, at least one year of recent CNA/LNA experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or restorative care, and a complete COVID-19 vaccination series. Prior travel or small/rural facility experience is highly preferred.
