What you'll do

• Lead product engineering across silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, production release, and sustaining
• investigate product, test, and manufacturing issues
• improve yield, test efficiency, performance, and cost of quality
• define characterization and qualification strategies
• collaborate on design-for-test, test coverage, and correlation
• resolve customer issues and field escalations
• analyze yield, parametric, and reliability data
• influence technical decisions
• mentor junior engineers.
