Installation Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians for service and installations
• create work orders, update customers, and follow up with technicians
• confirm work order completion
• complete contract and quality-control paperwork
• schedule subcontractors
• order, receive, and issue materials and equipment
• maintain appointment schedules, daily reports, and physical inventory
• coordinate customer notifications and equipment procurement
• liaise between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians.
