What you'll do

• Deliver consistent food quality, accurate recipes, presentation, and timely service
• hire, train, coach, and hold the team accountable
• build schedules around sales and business needs
• manage ordering, prep levels, portion control, inventory, and waste
• maintain food safety, sanitation, organization, and equipment standards
• lead menu rollouts
• review business results and follow through on improvements.
