What you'll do

• Supervise and develop crisis workers and engagement specialists
• oversee mobile crisis response, assessment, referrals, and safety planning
• assist with crisis-line calls and referrals
• coordinate with community partners
• monitor documentation, staff training, and service data
• prepare reports
• and provide clinical support. The role is required to be on-call for its assigned shift and may conduct mobile crisis response when coverage is needed.
