Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare weekly aging reports
• monitor accounts for delayed or missing payments
• identify delinquency issues and communicate with customers about payment
• research and resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries
• assist Legal with statements, invoices, and default-interest calculations
• support credit reviews for new leases
• retrieve and post customer receipts
• prepare daily cash reports
• initiate bank transfers and refunds
• assist with audits
• and coordinate with customers and internal departments until issues are resolved.

Why this role
