What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule physical, occupational, and speech therapy visits
• assist the Therapy Staffing Operations Manager with daily scheduling and operations
• communicate schedules, availability, assignments, and coverage needs
• liaise with agencies, therapists, and internal staff
• manage calls, emails, and staffing requests
• resolve scheduling conflicts
• maintain records
• use software and EMRs to track referrals, assignments, and productivity
• document inquiries and service issues and follow up
• assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative projects.
