What you'll do

• Conduct background checks and verify references for driver qualification
• manage driver qualification processes
• serve as backup for drug and alcohol testing
• provide backup front-desk coverage, answer phones, and assist visiting drivers
• receive and relay departmental calls
• report driver terminations and update system records
• file and purge driver qualification documents
• maintain compliance spreadsheets
• prepare correspondence and assist with mail and shipping operations.
