The Registered Nurse (RN), Full Time Day Shift role is onsite in Devils Lake, ND, working 6 a.m.–6:30 p.m. for 72 hours per pay period, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Pay is $36–$40.32 per hour, with a $2-per-hour weekend shift differential. Eventide Heartland Care Center provides resident care in a long-term-care setting. As a charge nurse, the RN provides and coordinates resident nursing care in accordance with care plans, regulations, and Eventide policies. The role supports residents’ health and well-being while guiding staff, communicating with families and clinicians, and maintaining accurate care documentation.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ needs and health status
• follow and update plans of care
• administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness
• provide direct nursing care
• document in electronic medical records
• assist with orientation and training
• report resident needs and changes
• ensure adequate shift staffing
• monitor subordinate staff
• educate and support residents and families
• coordinate care conferences
• report incidents or suspected abuse, neglect, or rights violations.
