Family Advocate

What you'll do

• Create a safe, friendly, and respectful environment for families, volunteers, and partners
• provide compassionate listening, emotional support, and practical guidance
• coordinate meals, cleaning, laundry, and inventory
• support volunteers, interns, and team members
• document guest interactions, incidents, and operational updates
• monitor shelter activities and respond to emergencies
• welcome and train volunteer groups.

Why this role
