What you'll do

• Assist members, providers, and prospective clients by phone
• answer questions about eligibility, enrollment, benefits, coverage, claims, provider services, prior authorizations, and prescription benefits
• research inquiries in UHA systems
• resolve routine concerns and escalate complex issues
• document interactions
• collaborate with other departments and maintain knowledge of UHA policies and systems.
