What you'll do

• Configure and optimize Epic PACE workflows, templates, order sets, decision support, and alerts
• participate in implementation and upgrade lifecycles
• test and validate system changes
• serve as a workflow subject matter expert
• analyze workflows and recommend system improvements
• triage and resolve PACE system issues
• maintain build guides and user documentation
• deliver training and support change management.
