LPN or RN - PRN This is an onsite position in Hartford, SD, working 12-hour shifts. The salary range is $26.00 to $36.00 for LPNs and $34.00 to $48.00 for RNs, with an additional $2.50/hr location premium. What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting.
• Performs testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed.
• Recognizes problems, recommends solutions and responds effectively to assist in an emergent situation.
• Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents.
• Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, healthcare providers, and the public.
• Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
