What you'll do

• Coordinate with Production and Quality Control to ensure accurate batching and records
• operate batching equipment and vehicles including forklifts, trucks, front-end loaders, and crane-ways
• coordinate preventive maintenance with Maintenance
• schedule deliveries of aggregates, dyes, and admixtures with vendors
• record and carry out safety procedures
• improve the batching process and troubleshoot issues
• batch concrete as needed
• calculate mix designs and aggregate totals
• clean and inspect strand vices and the mixer area daily
• lead and train employees.
