• Oversee daily jobsite operations, field crews, and subcontractors
• coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and deliveries
• supervise roofing installation, repairs, and general construction
• interpret plans and scopes of work
• monitor progress and communicate solutions
• enforce safety and maintain organized work areas
• document progress and change-order needs
• coordinate inspections and project closeout
• and communicate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
