Vice President, Business Operations

Vice President, Business Operations is a remote role available from anywhere in the United States, with a listed pay range of $165,000–$200,000 per year. Daybreak Health is building a digital mental health system for youth, and this role owns workforce operations for its largest revenue channel. The role builds and runs systems for clinician capacity, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput, with accountability for revenue and gross margin. It uses operational and financial analysis to guide cross-functional priorities, improve service delivery, and scale the channel while supporting access and program economics.

What you'll do

• Own clinician capacity planning, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput
• monitor gross margin and unit economics
• analyze operational and financial performance and root causes
• coordinate performance priorities across Clinical, Recruiting and Credentialing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Go-to-Market
• partner with Clinical leadership on review workflows
• and identify opportunities to improve access, efficiency, and scalability.
