What you'll do

• Implement NextGen Student Ministries’ vision and strategy
• lead day-to-day ministry initiatives
• evaluate effectiveness and strengthen ministry systems
• recruit, develop, train, and support volunteers
• lead student discipleship and teaching
• partner with parents
• provide spiritual care and guidance
• lead gatherings, small groups, retreats, camps, and mission trips
• maintain child-protection and safety policies
• manage the ministry budget
• collaborate with church leaders.
