Production Associate (Multi-Skilled) — Day Shift

The Production Associate (Multi-Skilled) role is onsite in Rhome, TX, with a stated schedule of 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The stated pay is $18–$22 per hour. XCaliber Container builds shipping containers and specialty storage, commercial, and residential solutions. The associate moves among production areas to support schedules and quality standards. Work may include welding, insulation, framing, interior finishing, electrical and plumbing installation, grinding, painting, and forklift operation, with safety and product quality central to the work.

What you'll do

• Perform production tasks across welding, spray foaming, framing, finish-out work, electrical work, plumbing, grinding, painting, and forklift operation as needed
• follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• inspect work and finished components for quality
• operate tools and material-handling equipment safely
• maintain assigned tools and equipment
• work with other crews and lead persons.
