Enrollment Specialist

What you'll do

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers
• introduce Daymark services
• guide patients through enrollment and surface goals and concerns
• respond to inbound communications and triage requests
• obtain consent and complete enrollment surveys
• escalate urgent needs to clinical teams
• share feedback on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and access barriers.

Why this role

Fully remote for candidates based in Rhode Island or the Greater Boston Area. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern, with flexibility for evening or weekend coverage. BLS certification is required for patient-facing roles; bilingual ability is a plus, not a requirement.
