It supports property operations, owner and resident service, financial performance, and portfolio growth across a scattered-site group of 500–700 units.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach onsite managers
• oversee day-to-day operations, owner relations, and resident services across a scattered portfolio
• communicate performance metrics, financial reports, and operational updates to owners
• address owner concerns
• develop existing client partnerships and attract new business
• analyze budgets, expenses, and revenue
• collaborate on strategies for property value, efficiency, cost control, tenant retention, and risk mitigation
• monitor market trends and recommend rental-rate, marketing, or property-improvement adjustments.
