What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees according to planned menus and standard recipes
• plate food using portion and garnishing instructions
• ensure adequate preparation and report shortages
• monitor freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation policies
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and safe work practices
• interact positively with residents, families, and guests.
