Assistant Project Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
• track milestones and deliverables
• maintain project logs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
• support document control
• review contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
• track costs and progress billings
• conduct site visits
• coordinate office and field teams
• support client communication and project meetings.
