This position exists to implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the minimal guidance of senior members of the team. It contributes to the organization by enabling cost-effective, high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care through functional and systems expertise in value-based care.

What you'll do

• Apply functional and systems expertise in value-based care to configure, test, and support solutions.
• Understand Epic payer and population health modules including Tapestry, Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and VBPM.
• Configure, deploy, and support non-Epic systems including Stanson and Cotiviti.
• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents.
• Provide analytical assistance to junior team members.
• Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use.
• Coordinate application support with other information technology teams.
• Lead small to medium complexity software upgrade initiatives.
• Modify tables and master files.
