• Conduct tours and showcase community features
• prepare and explain lease documents
• assist with applicant screening and affordable housing compliance where applicable
• support apartment readiness and move-ins
• maintain leasing and traffic data
• respond to inquiries
• support sales and marketing strategies
• coordinate resident events and provide resident service.
