Floor Care Technician

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum tile, vinyl, carpet, and concrete floors
• operate buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, burnishers, and vacuums
• strip old finish, apply coatings, buff floors, and deep-clean carpets
• follow chemical, equipment, OSHA, and facility safety requirements
• clean and store equipment
• report equipment issues, supply needs, spills, hazards, or floor damage
• log completed work.
