What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and cleanliness
• mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and perform landscaping
• report maintenance or grounds concerns
• maintain buildings, sidewalks, and pool areas, including painting and power washing
• collect yard waste and debris, clean facilities, and empty common-area trash
• maintain the pool and pool area
• dispense propane as needed
• clean and repair company-owned rental units as needed.
