Manufacturing Production Associate — First Shift

The Manufacturing Production Associate role is onsite in Ashland, OH, paying $14.25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring for a hands-on production opportunity in a smaller-team manufacturing environment. The associate mixes and prepares materials, forms and finishes components, and inspects completed work. Following production instructions and maintaining a safe, organized workspace supports consistent quality and production flow.
