The Scrum Master role is hybrid and requires residence in the DMV area for occasional in-person engagements; the listed location is Sterling, VA. Compensation is $90,000–$115,000 per year. What you'll do

• Facilitate stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• coach teams on Agile practices
• track progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• identify dependencies, risks, and issues
• collaborate with Product Owners on prioritized backlogs
• report progress through dashboards and status reports
• coordinate across technical teams
• support acceptance criteria and contract requirements
• encourage continuous improvement.
